Total Articles 8

As you can see from the picture above, all files are clearly arranged by their purposes using numorous folders.
It certainly is true that better things are arranged the easier to look for something.
For example, it would be nice to make a filder named 'memo group' if you are a memo person.
It also will be good to further seperate the 'memo group' folder by adding 'idea storate' and 'synopsis memoo' folders in it.
There are no such rule about "How they should be arranged", so you can arrange them "The way you want them to be".
I
personally recommend that you generate one folder with the title of the
novel or scenario you are writing, and put every related material in it.
Make a folder named 'An adventure of Cat' if you are writing a novel 'An adventure of Cat' for example,
and put every related article, memo, character setting, useful image etc into that folder.
It
will be much faster to work this way because there won't be any mixups
even if you are writing several novels/scenarios at the same time, and
you'll find the information you are looking for much faster.
DreamNote
CS especially has a more convenient way to manage many characters in
more efficient way, as the original "Character" menu has been upgraded
into "Character Group".(I'll provide lessons for Character Group menu in near future)
Now, it is practice time. Turn your DreamNote on and arrange stuff the way you prefer them to be.
Make folders, changing names, dragging around...
You
will sense that it is much faster and more systematic way to deal with
your work, than just using some word processors or a notepad.
A nice idea might come to your mind as an added bonus while you work on arranging your items, too. : )
